I’m a mom of two beautiful kiddos & wife to a hardworking husband. I’m on a personal journey of trying to find harmony, meaning & purpose in this crazy, yet beautiful world.

I hired my first coach in 2017 once I realized my business would only grow to the extent that I was willing to grow myself. Since then, I’ve never been without a life coach! That single decision has paid off in dividends & has sent me on the most eye-opening journey of self-discovery.

When I’m not reading about holistic lifestyle hacks, you can find me hiking outside somewhere, or curled up next to a campfire. I love classic rock, Beastie Boys & Brothers Osborne. I think bottled water is the biggest scam on the planet. I believe butterflies are magical, and I know there is a horse out there who will be mine one day, when I finally own a cabin in the woods.

  • I can't express enough how much having a life coach has impacted my life. Working with Carollyn has been an incredible experience, and I want to share some of the benefits I've gained through this journey. From the very beginning, Carollyn created a safe and supportive space for me to explore my thoughts and the feelings they provoked, my goals, and the challenges that were holding me back (me). Through guided conversations and exercises, she caused me to go deeper; I now have a better understanding of what truly matters to me. Coaching helped me gain clarity about my life's God given purpose and passion. This alone was a game-changer. Life can throw unexpected challenges at us, and I was in the midst of one when I began this coaching journey, but Carollyn taught me that I can have control over my thoughts and redirect them when needed, in turn that will help direct my feelings, which then leads me to the actions I desire. I feel more equipped and confident to handle whatever comes my way. Through this coaching journey, I've learned the importance of my own personal growth. I now prioritize self-reflection with awareness of my thoughts, feelings and the actions that can follow (good or bad). Working with Carollyn has been a life-changing experience, and I am grateful for the guidance, support, and wisdom she shared with me. If you're considering a life coach, I highly recommend it. It's an investment in yourself that pays off in ways you may not even imagine. Thank you, Carollyn, for being an invaluable part of my personal and professional journey! - Paula

  • "I'm on the edge of something new." These words escaped my lips during a coaching call last night with Carollyn. Having a coach makes you work harder. Not to be validated by someone outside of yourself, but to release the ideas that have become hidden in the tangles of your mind. How exciting to discover all the beautiful thoughts tucked away! This is how it works for me. Journaling loosens the glue, coaching opens the door. Verbalizing my thoughts, you know, actually hearing the spoken word, allows me to recognize what's holding me back. When I speak it aloud, there's just no way to ignore it any longer! Carollyn asked me some hard questions during our sessions. Questions that I didn't want to answer as it would require me to face my fears, my doubts, my insecurities, all the lies I was telling myself. It would require change. She didn't push, and allowed me to change gears. And then, firmly and with grace, she would ask the question again. And the answer was right there in front of me. I only needed a nudge. So, as I sit on the edge of something new, I rejoice in my faith, knowing that I am being guided by the One who has always been there. - Karyn
